To place an order, simply browse the products, and add the desired items to your cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we are operating on a cash-on-delivery basis. However, we’re excited to announce that we will soon be accepting all major payment methods to make your shopping experience even smoother.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

SHIPPING

Hey there! Once we finish processing your order, we'll hand it over to our awesome shipping partner. Domestic deliveries usually take about 3-7 days to arrive. Just a heads-up, this doesn't count Fridays or official holidays – those aren't considered working days.

Remember, these shipping times are just general estimates, and sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding if there are any delays.

What is your returns policy?

Hey fam! Just a quick note on our returns policy:

Each piece is custom-made just for you, so we don’t accept returns if you change your mind or order the wrong size or color. We only accept returns for manufacturing defects. If you think you’ve got a defective item, hit us up within 4 days of receiving your order. Send us the details and some photos of the defect, and we’ll check it out. After that, we’ll give you the lowdown on how to return the item.
